Sam, since you say Pkaizer has an outlier bluffing frequency, how come you didn't check (and call a bet) on the turn - maybe just to show that you missed the flop and you're just cbetting air and giving up turn - for the J8 hand (at 32 minutes) and then maybe check river again vs Pkaizer? knowing that he would probably thinking that you're thinking that he's not liking to bluff you yet again after that 59o hand?

Why pot open button with the AJ22hhh? Do you vary your button opening size and according to what criteria?

The KQT9 and QJT9 hands are super standard, any other strategy is super nitty and nowhere near as +cEV/EV

'a defensive play with a sprinkle of value' - keep those amazing sound bites rolling!
Jan. 8, 2015 | 3:04 a.m.
prefer betting the A9 on AJ98 when he didnt CB - you said you don't want to get raised but if you are raised your equity is poor vs his value range anyway and can easily fold (plus he won't bluff raise much since you can also have the straight and his blockers usually come with the straight) - and we need strict value and protection vs all his pair + FD etc

SB play is tough and i never know how wide/tight to defend or 3b vs LP steal. cant wait for the whole series!

Do you fold these QT42 and other similar strength hands in the BB if say HJ opens and Btn calls (or SB calls or both) ie multiway pots where ur getting even better odds ...

Favourite quote: 'on the 2 and the 7 i make a straight so some of my bluff outs go away, not that it's bad to have real outs' LOL

I am moving from melbourne australia to vancouver for 2 months (yaletown) and am looking to buy CAD cash in exchange for Skrill or Pokerstars transfer at the xe.com rate. Anyone want to get money online and sell me CAD? Cheers.

Hi Phil - just responding to your response about raise sizing. I also use table ninja, and the hotkeys are assigned to an xbox 360 controller - you can set different raise sizes to different hot keys (either using keyboard hotkeys or buttons on xbox controller like I do), so i have one button for 2.2x for CO and Btn opens, and another button for 3x. Works well! Let me know if you need further info on where exactly in ninja to set that up, and I can help. Cheers.

What does your yellow colour on a player mean?
May 4, 2014 | 12:31 p.m.
the gunnar optiks glasses are all the same lenses the only difference in price is the frame for aesthetics ... so take your pick, the cheapest ones are just as effective
May 4, 2014 | 12:27 p.m.
I strongly recommend the following for eyes (mentioned above but all in combination are amazing):
1. Gunnar Optiks (link above).
2. F.lux i have it on the softest setting for both day and night.
3. 'Thera tears' or equivalent fake tears to keep your eyes moist.
These 3 things have literally changed my life.

The Q985ss hand on 862ss vs Jnandez - how about CRAI on river?
April 9, 2014 | 3:33 a.m.
near the end - AAKJds vs crazygagrin 4bet - I like to flat here with ur hand, there's one PSB left, we are never folding post flop on any board, but I flat so that on some boards I can make their AA fold, I don't think you are missing value since his non AA hands should just pot commit every flop anyway
March 13, 2014 | 10:35 a.m.
what does purple colour mean for your note colour coding?
March 13, 2014 | 9:43 a.m.

You open 50% and limp rest from btn - is this strategy only against good players or against everyone? what is the reasoning? thanks
