nice analysis and love this 4 table format its just right imo but you don't need to commentate on everything like describing the action , what the flop is etc we can see it ! Good series tho
very nice video man. Could you please explain what are you taking into consideration for the c-bet sizing? When do you bet 30%, when 50 or 70% etc.? Thanks a lot
Yes, I meant more in a general sense - what to consider in order to choose a correct c-bet size? For example - in the J7s hand ( 09:13 ), as I understand, the approach here is to cbet large with the best part of our range and with some bluffs, and to check with the rest of our range - correct? What favors this strategy in opposite to c-bet range with 30% sizing? And when do you c-bet polarized ( with large sizing ), when do you c-bet range with smaller sizing, and when do you c-bet let's say 50%? Sorry if these are too general questions. Many thanks
Often on flops we will have multiple bet sizes. It is impossible for me to give you a formula for this, but what I can say is something that drives bet frequency and sizing is range advantage/disadvantage, so higher range advantage generally more often we bet and use a smaller sizings, where if our ranges equity were similar we should see a more polar sizings (bet less hands, but the hands we do bet have a larger share of the pot, so use a larger sizing). Stack:pot ratio will obvious have an effect. But very difficult to give you exactly what you want to hear as a lot of situations are fairly unique.
J7s hand: Yes you are correct the AKx board is one you see very little betting, but when you do bet the value proportion of your range shares a very large proportion of the pot, hence the pot/overbet. Smaller bets 20-33% (At lower stack depths) would be on a board of say AJx.

Thanks Dano, would you be able to timestamp the exact hand you're talking about, or do you mean in a general sense?
