hey Volodymyr, it's been a while, glad to see you make content again!

Very important spot, would love to see more board textures :)

I get a lot out of this format that you use.

First hand i am surprised bare top and middle set raises so much on a dynamic board 3 way. There are so many turn cards that can shift the advantage I would have thought being in position we would call to see a safe turn card before pushing the action.

Thanks!

Thanks, glad you’re enjoying the format!

Raising top or middle set there definitely increases variance, but it helps us deny equity and protect our hand on a board where many turn cards can either hurt us or kill the action.

That said, your point about using position to control the pot makes a lot of sense too — especially if we expect villain to keep betting. As always, it comes down to reads and dynamics.

Thanks! In a real game scenario, it's essential to assess our opponent’s tendencies. If we expect them to bet only with hands like top set or top two pair plus a flush draw, we're often in rough shape — heavily dominated with little to no fold equity. Stacking off against such a tight, value-heavy range would usually be a costly mistake.
