Thx, great video and explanation, now that `ve been said...so, live poker is (tournaments with no doubt anyway but even cash games) nearly pure luck game regarding to "short" human life span. Our life time limit & variance make live poker similar to almost any other casino gamble game, sure skill might help but one need to be quite lucky (or at least not too unlucky) to end up as some kind of winner, with some bad luck even great poker player may stay looser forever and that goes even for players with higher winrates than 1bb/100, with such small winrate even an online poker player might stay a looser after 10.000.000 hands (sure in worst case scenario but nonetheless), good luck:)

This is extremely informative and really helps one to limit their tilt during the bad times. Understanding how extreme swings can be for just two players w/ the same winrate makes one grasp and see the big picture more clearly. It's easy to fall into the trap of dissecting each losing session and letting it effect your confidence and approach to the game. Thanks for content like this on RIO.com.
