39.26 : Table 5
Turn here exploitatively we might be ok to bet small, but we are very limited with our range (no bluffs) in betting here on turns and river 33% and pot size respectively. However even we can be exploited if we only bet > trips. I would expect aggro opponent to start over betting turns again and hence exploit them.
I would prefer to go for x/r on turn with bet happy opponents, however in this specific case the villain most likely would have checked back.
Your thoughts Emty ?

Hey H !

We should have a lot of Qxxxx x/calling the Flop and therefore leading 33% small on the Turn should be a fine play. At least it is like that in a 4card environment :D
Until this point I didn't have too much info on IP. You could also argue that population has the tendency too overcbet Flop with a range that is way too merged and ends up with more AA,KK than the Solver and ends up checking back Turn. Not sure what the default is here against population but x/r Turn is definitely a valid play as well!

38:55 , Table 1 , After calling the flop bet with top 2 on a brick turn facing a pot size bet why do we fold. Are we capping villains range to sets or top 2 with redraws and thats why folding ?

Hi mightyking18 !

Iffy spot at 38:55 with the AQxxx. Our hand at this point is a pure bluffcatcher with 0 backup. It doesn't feel great to x/c Flop and x/f Turn on a brick. Yet, it feels like 90% of Rivers are bad and even on a brick it feels like a thin bluffcatch. So i don't mind a fold here against opponents who struggle to find enough bluffs/semi-bluffs which is something I excpect to see from the majority of the pool.

Best,
Thomas
