Ryan Martin The reason why equity realizations don't add up to 200% is because these percentages are relative to each player's equity. Equity realization measures how the player's EV relates to his equity. In other words it describes how more or how less the player wins from the pot than their raw equity.
Using the abbreviations from your spreadsheet the correct assumption is that
(OOP EQR)x(OOP Equity) + (IP EQR)x(IP Equity) = 100%
And that is true: 1.1707x0.5763 + 0.7678x0.4236 = 0.99991449 ~= 1 with some minor floating point error.
