I don't think you are doing your talent justice in this format of video. Quite simply there is too much going on for you to make more meaningful observations on the specific spots.
I would suggest cutting down the number of tables to two and giving yourself the opportunity to make more specific or general strategic comment if the action is slow. Indeed if you were to stop once in a while and comment on a specific spot, I am sure no one would mind. I play these levels and would appreciate more strategic comment
In addition, take a tip from Phil and simply close and open a new table if you run out of time bank.
Thank you so much for you feedback. really appreciate it.
also like what Phil is doing with just sitting out for a while when a spot comes up, gonna try to do that too.
I'm a PLO n00b so initially I thought it was maybe just me being slow to follow the action, but I agree with this.
The first video by Stefan I saw was the one where he reviewed Felipe's play and I thought that was very good, pausing the action, rewinding sometimes, really thoroughly going over key hands. This format I'm not crazy about.
Hey anxaas,
20:00 not my gut but since he will have many single suited AAxx and some off suit combos as well and probably bluff with a bare aces, it´s a relatively standard call.
37:00 I´m not in love with a SQ since against his tight utg range were not doing very well even if just called and if we got 4 bet it´s also not a nice spot even though we can definitely call. So I prefer just to flat and play a MW pot IP with a high SPR despite the fact that our hand is also not perfect for that scenario since it can´t really flop huge but still better than a fold.
Hi,
thx for nice vid, lots of interesting spots. I have some questions.
17min top right: You give up the semi-bluff after a Straight card hit. Would you have fired another barrel on other turn cards? If not, what hand would you continue to bluff with on this turn?
38:20 top left: What do you think of turning our hand into a bluff OTF? We are very vulnerable to overcards and villain can potentially check behind turns and realize more equity with sth. like KQJx.
Hey, glad you liked it!
min17: With this hand I don´t see myself betting any turn. But I expect villain to check behind a decent amount so that I sometimes can make my flush and show it down. I´d be more likely to barrel hands like QJxx, hands like QTxx or J9xx with a flush draw and TT and 99. But overall I´d say that I give up pretty frequently because I feel like on the lower limits people will call the turn again more after after calling the flop because they have less floats on paired boards and they get more stubborn with over pairs.
38: Like your idea. Think it´s a good exploitative play since most players are probably over cbetting this board + they probably won´t rebluff because they don´t expect us to have a merged range like this. But once they see you doing this you should be careful not to c/r over pairs too often because then they can start 3betting you.

dont know much about PLO but when u hit every single time the fucking nuts it is not difficult.
fuking hilarious
Hi Stefan, Can you explain your HUD setting?
Vpip/PFR/Steal/3bet
AF/Cbet/Fcbet/WTSD
It´s very basic because I always felt that a big hud kind of distracts me. I was thinking about adding 1 more line or try the flop turn river hud.

Thank you too for your feedback.
Think next I´ll do either just 2 tables live or a session review.

@37:00 does squeezing bad idea?
