Hi Nuno,
Really enjoying your content, thanks.

New to Pio and the trainer, but do you expect tools like this to replace/simplify study within Pio itself? On the surface the info seems much more digestible when you can actually play the hands as opposed to browsing Pio. Am I missing something?

How much has the trainer replaced your regular Pio Study, and how would you suggest someone new to solvers and trainers best optimize their study time?

Thank you!

Hi John, glad to hear that.

You nailed it, in my opinion, this tool is perfect to study simulations on a more interactive/easier/fun way.

What I do and what I think is best to optimize study time is to go over the sims on PIO after playing vs the trainer, just as I did on this video, to understand the mistakes you made and to get a general idea of how to play the spot with your entire range rather than just with the particular hand you got dealt.

Hello,

very nice video.

AQ6r - isn´t on these type of boards where Pio recommends really high frequency of betting just have 100% range cb. except some K hi Pio wants most hands to bet. So I think our ratio of strong hands, bluffs, semibluffs is kind of same if we bet what pio recommends or if we bet 100%. Seemes to me like a easier strategy to execute I don´t think we are opening ourselves for exploit. What do you think?

Hi Maestro. Very glad you liked it!

I'm actually doing a lot of work on this topic at the moment. On AQ6r we're supposed to bet around 93% of the time. I think that simplifying this strategy and betting 100% it's completely fine, the EV loss isn't going to be a big deal in this particular texture, although, I recommend you to try to get used to do the mixing since there are many other ''similar'' textures (AK6r for example) in which the betting frequency is supposed to be much lower (around 80%) and the region of hands that compose the checking range tends to be the same on all of this A high boards.
