Simon,
Great video. Thinking of the bluffs first and value second is a good way to approach these spots and you do a great job of driving that point home. Nice job.
Yeah something I struggle with sometimes is finding spots to bluff catch on the river, seems like when im calling never good and when im folding I more than likely may of had the best of it LOL
The mentality of bluffcatching is arguably the most difficult bit. Always remember pot odds and how little (or sometimes how much) you have to win to break even on your call. A very simplistic way of viewing it but often we end up folding hands we really shouldn't because our perception of this gets very skewed!
Excellent analysis. Another vid on bluff catching would be great.
The part that most resonated with me was the first hand where you said you just need to bluff catch and you will lose and lose but you need to do it. I shy away more than i should because when i lose it feels like i have done something wrong and hurt my session. I don't always realize that so long as there are sound reasons/exploits/gto for the call it is alright.

Hey Simon solid video man thank you
Value first bluffs second, that’s a great way to firstly range somebody when your thinking about it in hand
