In the AK hand from the start i think you might be off quite a bit regarding preflop opening and 3bet defending range which would remove a lot of the factors you mentioned regarding the K2h for example. I really think you might want to check how to adapt here vs a worse playerpool and if you even have those overbet jams on the turn at all when OOP arrives with a fairly tighter range on the flop already.
