Is your preflop sizing choice of 2.5x an exploitive adjustment to players who under defend preflop or are there tournament/ICM considerations being factored in?

In some lineups its a case of the latter also happening to achieve the former, in this specific instance I would think it was just initiating pot control process at as early a point as possible.

Can you comment on why you chose this sizing for the river xr? I was expecting to see you xr pot under the assumption that in a nuts-or-air scenario where you can find lots of bluffs this would be the highest EV size.

Given the time elapsed I have no idea why I chose that sizing in-game, I'd make "table ninja laziness" the front runner tbh. I tend to agree that full pot would be the correct sizing given my assessment of IP betting range as relatively depolarised.
