13:00 HU you 3bet AJT7dd and get called, flop Q85dd.  Is betting 28-48 your standard for your whole range there or do you have a range that bets ~40 and another that bets ~28?  If you have multiple sizings here, do you make sure you balance these sizing in real time or are you more focused on making the best sizing in a vacuum?

Depends on the opponent. Some players I'll be very aware of my range sizing, and try my best to remain balanced. Some opponents it is not so important, and I'll focus on making the best play in a vacuum

I think this hand where I bet 28 I was more focused on making the best sizing in a vacuum!

You said a couple times that betting a polarized range on the flop (that's either bet-folding or bet-jamming) should prevent our opponent from bluff-raising too much. Why is that? Wouldn't betting a polarized range actually incentivize him to bluff-raise small, since we either have a monster that we're going with or a weak hand that can't take any heat?

Hey man! Great question.

I think definitely if an opponent notices we are betting a polarized range, they can go ahead and start a mixture of bluff raising air and value hands, fighting our polarized betting range with their own polarized raising range, but most of the time people don't make the correct adjustments. A lot of the time people will simple fold, or raise/fold a hand that has equity, which ends up being a costly mistake. In general I find people make more mistakes versus a polarized range than a more merged range in these situations. If this is not the case though, we can employ a more linear betting strategy.

When I say polarized, there is still going to be hands in between that I Will be betting, but the frequencies that I bet hands at the Polar extremes are more 'intense'

Hope that goes some way to answering the question.

Sweet hand review Olango +1.

~2:00 you cbet flop 3s4cJc, would x/r be an option? I think he folds a lot on this board, not having any clubs and I don't think the 3,4 hits hes range too often. ~10:00 Big fan! ~24:00 you bet pretty small otf with "3 pair" 72$ into 152$ pot. Maybe like 90-100$ish?

In the TT53 hand blindbattle you say you always raise trips, wouldn't that make your calling range exploitable since you can almost never call 3 barrels without trips?
