pretty awesome cut of some wicked matt damon movies
something ive noticed about playing live vs playing online, if im in a big spot, online where im all in or something, i can feel my heart beat get faster slightly but usually not that intense.
sometimes if im in a big pot or all in spot live, i can feel my heartbeat intensify and sometimes breath heavy. im generally just starring at the table into the void trying not to give anything away whether i have it or im bluffing lol I can also know that i have the nuts, but my heartbeat still intensifies in those moments, im not sure if its because the chips are in the middle or maybe its because im afraid of losing.
Yea and having eyes on you while you're attempting to conceal emotion and be still is a big additional stressor!

both of these statements arent really true and have no weight when it comes to actually sitting down and playing. just a mindset.
