Great review! I think continuing this series will be helpful.

4:40 table 1 so the cold call and getting it in vs a 4bet is likely from range assymetry. If we had a higher rundown like t986ds or qjt8ds do we fold from the get go?

15:20 table 2 aak9, if flop is called will you look to barrel as a bluff with the flush and straight blocker?

21:30 it shows we aren't supposed to barrel and you mentioned opponent has overpair advantage. However, can bare overpairs call down here?

Thanks!

Thanks man! Appreciate it.
4:40, Yes exactly, T986ds actually is a 4b while QJT8ds is a cold call, which makes sense since QJT8ds have a bit better playability.

15:20 is an interesting question, I think these spots are a bit tricky and its important to try to adjust your frequencies somewhat properly. Looking at my exact hand Id say that while holding the 9-blocker is a good thing on the flop, but it becomes pretty bad on the turn since we now are removing straights out of our opponents range. So I think the way to go is to check holding the NFB+straight blockers, and choose to bet with hands that unblock those instead.

21:30, again an interesting question, in villains shoes we are pure calling our overpairs on the turn, and a bunch of them on the river too for sure depending on the runout and sidecards. But Id say the important thing in general is to try to regulate your bluffing frequencies by choosing the right hands/blockers for the right purpose. So if we start to pick combos like this we will soon be overbluffing significantly across the board which is not what we want.
