Good topic, especially valuable as you say to develop a leading range in these spots since the population isn´t used to play against that.
Looking forward to see you dig further in the topic.
It's my first time checking out your content. Great job so far!
At 23:15 playing wouldn't KJ/KT be a small part of a UTG opening range? Additionally, I feel like our hand benefits greatly from folding out Ax, especially AJ-AK so at face value, I feel like a bet is warranted. Curious to know your thoughts!
Thanks a lot and glad to hear you're enjoying my content!
KJs and KTs should be in villains opening range at 100% frequency. KTo shouldn't be in there and at this stack depth KJo at around 30% frequency.
You are right, our hand does want to get Ax to fold on the turn, especially Ax which dominates us. But our hand also wants to keep in the Kx and Qx which we dominate. We can't start betting everything though as we will be massively over-bluffing here and won't be able to find enough value combinations to align with our bluffs. I would much prefer using our A3-A5s combos as bluffs here to target some of the Ax which dominate us.
Very interesting, i use to find theory videos a bit dull for my taste but these series have caught my attention. Don´t know whether this is due to your hability for concretness and clear explanations or that im getting wiser lately :D
Thanks for the kind words Jojimbo, I always appreciate people taking the time to write them out. Glad you enjoyed the content and it is very likely you are getting more wise!
