I don't see vilain check raise AI with 44 88 T8s TT here. He would definently continue to bet the turn.
Not sure he would bet just half pot on the flop this thoses hands in 3 way too.
He can have JJ sometimes. A little less QQ and even less KK, but he definently has thoses hands
I think sometimes vilain can play some Tx like that too. He don't know what to do and decide to shove on this hero bet, turn.
That's a really really tight range for vilain with 100 % of 44 88 TT and T8s. And we have 59 % of equity.
I have a question on this spot as well. Are you calling off any jam after opening here? Or if you are 3-bet are you just 4 bet jamming? I would say yes to both with less than 15bbs.
7:12 Would you be able to go through why you believe QJs is a very strong hand in this spot and why it's a good 3b shove vs the HJ open in a bit more detail? I've run the spot in ICMIZER and it seems pretty marginal so I feel I must be missing something.
Thanks for the review Akira, you definitely picked up on a few things I missed at the time. Looking forward to future parts as Im sure there are plenty of spots I missed later on as well.
Just a general question about the 88 hand at around 21 min. I think 3 betting is a better option than jamming but I was not sure how I should go about constructing a 3bet fold and 3bet call range at this stack depth.
For instance assuming he is opening wide I we are going to want to include some bluffs but would these normally be hands with a blocker we can easily fold to a jam like Ax as we wont get flatted that often or should we 3bet hands with more playability like suited broadways that then have a more awkward decision if he jams?
Regarding the pp, it really depends on player type. If the villain has a really high 3b jam percentage we can widen our calling range. versus this specific villain I will call with 77-88+ depending on prior history.

AA hand was really close I thought. Generally hero seems to have been playing very patiently and disciplined folding on many flops and turns.
Yeah I do not think I would have folded, but after Akira talked it through I can see a fold being correct.

Hey Akira, @ 26 min, at how many BB are you just jamming the AQ? Only 10-11 or would you jam w/ 12bb also?

I would say up to 13bb is okay. We are never raise folding AQ here with a sub 20bb stack unless we face crazy action or face a massive nit.

I'm sorry I cant seem to find the hand at 7:12. I will try to include ICMIZER results in my future videos when I mention something like this.

OOP we should definitely be choosing hands with good playability and balance it well with 3b call type hands so we cant be exploited by light jams.
5:00 - seems the hero doubled up here but we never got to see the end result
28:25 - whats the lowest pair you'd call here?
Sorry about skipping the hand.

Great video as always.
How did the Hero's stack go from 3,000 the first reviewed hand (QJ) to 6,200 the second reviewed hand (AK)...?
