I think the reason why not to raise AK in the PIO spot is we dont mind to see an ace on the turn, but for KQ it is not a good turn. And then with AK we have much more value with blufcatching on the ace turn because IP is gonna be barreling that turn card a lot as ace is the only scare card there for Kx.
