24min A5h if hero went to 40bb instead of 49bb he would need 32%, so the 5bet + fold is possible for smaller 2.0-2.1x size. Even at 100bb if hero went to 40bb vs the 20bb 4bet, then hero would be calling 60 to win 200 and need 30%, where vs KK+ AK hero has 29%. Ends up being like a 17bb mistake as played.
36:20 Does hero b75 size make any sense on the river after hero checks back the flop? Looks extremely bluffy to me with X-C30%-B75. What size would you use with a hand like KJ or A5 if you were bluffing Peter Clarke
I think the spots Peter Clarke you pointed out the standard value bets and using the RNG to think about your decision. It does seem like you give cosmos not enough credit for bluffing as he got caught by hero a few times. Look forward to part 2.
24:00 - There is very little significance in whether you 5-bet/call or 5-bet/fold. What matters is the EV of each play. Creating a line that lets you call the rest off is hardly much different than sizing a big blind smaller and then folding.
36:20 - The sizing is fine with hands that have around 80-85% equity in theory. In this spot we should have some weak top pair and 99-TT which plays this way. We might also play AA like this sometimes. I don't really see your point.
On the Kh6d4s was a bit confused cause my sims have diferent outputs think cause I bet 25% or X the flop so QT dosent have much fold equity with a Q and a T we also blocks fold range so its X at a high frequency on the flop. On the turn, think turn like more 25% then big bet as an exploit but on my sims also a high frequency X on the turn that is indifferent when X to call or fold.
Really nice that protocol with the solver I will try to implement that more in my game.
