Very enjoyable video.

@ 9:36 Is the UTG open of K654 double suited considered to be standard or is it a bit loose?

I’ve been under the impression that our UTG range should be mostly overpairs and very connected high cards or doubled suited middle rundowns.

Hey, I would say K654$ds is a decent hand to open even UTG, for example, GTO you can open even K653$ds or K543$ds, but I would fold these combos at low stakes.
Thank you!

Great video. A lot to learn

1:02 9968 if there had been a raise how does this hand play? Being in the sb do we always fold hands like this?

5:58 table 3 can we call the 7665 or even 3bet it sometimes?

8:20 9865 on the btn vs co raise. Is this strong enough to play ip?

9:35 table 1 tt33 I thought we prefer to continue with all double pairs. Do we want suitedness or connectivity?

18:30 top left 9984 if we bet or xr it seems to be a mix of value and bluff potential. If we are called and the turn bricks we will have a hard time cc so it seems we end up barreling a lot and it would be for a bluff. Is that right?

It seems like in a lot of plo spots we bet pairs for value only to end up using them as bluffs on later streets rather than bluff catching like in nlh.

23:35 table 3 a998 8s this a cbet with the big stack still in?

Thanks!

1:02 9986$ss it's an easy fold vs a raise from any position, we have a very narrow calling range in the SB. For example at 200Plo, TT98$ss it's a fold in the SB vs a BTN Open.

5:58 7665$ss I would always fold, $ds In general I would call, but you can make arguments of 3betting vs the right opponent (opens too much, doesn't 4bet)

8:20 At low stakes (200 and lower I would fold) at high stakes (500+) you can start calling it.

9:35 I think calling is ok also, I would lean to fold vs a UTG open and we are in MP, with a suit I would call, in the BTN position I would also call.

18:30 My Holdem game it's too rusty to make analogies, but what you said about Plo is correct.

23:35 I think the Cbet it's the best option, the big stack it's in a very thought spot, I think he will play straightforwardly.
