POSTED May 04, 2022

Paul Toda launches a new series reviewing his play at $1/$2 rush poker on GG. In the early part of the video, he faces an interesting stabbing decision in a 3-bet pot and decides to use this hand to illustrate how this spot works including a practice session in Vision.

Thanks for the vid!

@35minutes, you stab KQ66 no heart on A83hh,J vs a check back, after you limp SB. Which rivers would you consider bluffing?

I would give up any heart river and bluff on A, Q, J,8,3, and the K river I would mix x/Fold and x/raise.
I'm glad you liked the video!

Great video. I like that you are only doing 2 tables at a time. I think the action was just fine. The vision work was good too.

2:25 right table are you betting turn for value or a bluff? Do we have any show down value?

8:32 att5 are we forced to fold to a xr even with the bdfd?

11:50 so with a relevant future blocker and overpr we bet, without blocker we chk. Is that because if we get xr we can call with the blocker?
Will we have to turn that overpr with a blocker into a bluff at some point if our blocker plays and we face aggression?

Thanks!

2:25 We can still be ahead of his range, but we can get better hands to fold like overpairs and Q so I would call this a bluff. We are rarely bluffing on the flop and turn in plo as a pure bluff, we are mostly semi-bluffing.

8:32 Yes, we are getting crushed by his x/rasining range. It's a similar situation to before.

11:50 No, we cannot call. The relevant blocker will block his continuing range (calling and x/raising range).
If we face aggression with this SPR I don't think the blocker will be much help, but if he calls, we can use the blocker to bluff turn or river.

As always thank you for the feedback!
