Patrick Sekinger aka psek1 drops it down to $200NL with the sole focus on exploitation. He kicks off the video discussing what he believes to be the exploits available in these pools and plays the session with these in the forefront of his mind.

Do you miss playing 200NL where you can relax and enjoy the game without taking it super seriously?

16:35 T#1 AJo on the button I know the pool under 3bets and ATo and KJo were mixing at equilibrium, but I thought AJo and KQo would still be pure defends vs the 13% 3bet range. Also the AJo and KQo you would still defend vs SB 3bet correct? Are you just looking to defend something like this: SCs, AQo+, suited broadways, A5s-A3s? What does the bottom of your btn defense look like vs a tight BB 3bet range?

19:15 with 87o BvB when you block a lot of the folding range and villain checks three times, villain likely has some type of showdown value. What I do here as an exploit is just to bet 1.5x pot to put more pressure on their one pair hands. The 3/4 pot just gets snapped too often.

38:25 with AK how are you balancing your turn check back range here in a 4bet pot? What is the worse hand you call river with in this 4BP - B - X - ? line?

Gary has been making some GG poker videos on 200NL that are getting good reviews, so I look forward to more of these 200NL against softer pools and more exploit base.

I wouldnt say I miss playing 200nl, but it is quite fun to play in these weaker pools where you can play quite a bit more exploitatively.

16:35 Inexact science but ATo is a mixer between (mostly) 4B/fold at equilibriium so I just adjusted my range to play this way 1 pip down (so AJo) to reflect the tighter than optimal play of most villains at this stake.

19:15 Problem with 1.5x pot is our lack of value range to support this sizing scheme. Also this line (I believe) is just criminally overfolded and so at 200nl (especially zoom) its sort of not too bad to rangebluff honestly :D

38:25 I'd choose some combos of the most invulnerable strong hands in our range (primarily AA, some JJ, some weaker Jx no diamond) and then some of the hands that arent super thrilled to play for stacks over 3 street like TT/99 etc. Not sure, I guess mostly Jx+, maybe AT, also depends on the player for sure - I think some guys will struggle to bluff enough on this runout

Hi Patrick nice video i have a question::
22:41 Apart from a low frequency of shoves with AKo and maybe hands like KK how would you structure your continuing range here ? Becasue if your only 5b size is jam and you're doing that relatively infrequently would you just continue by flatting a fairly wide and uncapped range with still AA in it ?
