Cliff:
- Don’t be afraid to XXB. And bet the worst hand given how we work out our range
- We gonna have to check a lot out of position. Don’t sweat it. Construct a range around a flop check. If they get aggressive, we will make more money on our bluff catcher.
- 88 flat in sb, often result in 3 way pot, which really “eat into our equity”
- 3 way in bb, we can fold some hands that we would call HU, because the cold caller really eats into our equity and we are under realizing our equity.
- On low paired board, 80% of the time should be bet and check raise. But we live in the real world not in the world of GTO
- We are a little sky on low paired board, we should bet a lot with small sizing.
- 3 bet A8ss with 25bb against a loose open EP open
- Playing our range with Q9 on Q45K turn, not just our hand
Great video as always. Thank you and GL on the tables.
I feel like the content is less dry if you have regular detours from the hands into outside tools so any extra work you do behind the scenes with PIO, HRC and Equilab is much appreciated.
That's certainly what I aim for. If I reviewed a hand history and all the spots were so straight forward that tools were unnecessary I likely wouldn't use it for a video.
Hey sam if you work a bit on the sb flatting /3b ranges like you were talking in the 88 hand (12min) that would be interesting, one of weirdest spots in poker
At the Q9s spot, in the 29 min mark, if you had AT or AJ, its a pretty good spot to triple barrel w/ the gutshot on the turn? Using the small betzing on the turn you keep up almost any Qx combos wich will fold on the river for 3 barrels, and there's not many combos to be called on the river (Q4s, Q5s, QKx, K4s, K5s, 44 and 55) compared to all Qx and the eventual A5 + the whole pot to steal.
I don't think we will be hero called enough on the river to justify not triple barrelling those AT and AJ combos.
Am I wrong? What bluffing combos will you use to triple barrel?
Would be nice if you could take a look on this kinda "random" question.
Best regards.

Definitely one of the spots that is least solved and where 'elite' players strategies diverge the most.
