Live videos are great for sure. I like to see how you decide what decision to make in close spots, which betsizings you think about using before making the last choice, what do you concentrate on first and what second when there are important decisions on different tables at the same time, etc.

So def looking forward for stuff like this. Appreciate your work. Thanks Parker.

In a Q6hh hand on 6s8h9h flop, would you c/r A6hh? JTss?

No problem, glad you enjoyed.

Those both sound like fine checkraises on this board. Just remember he's going to have a decently strong range for cbetting this board.

Great video, seemed to know what to do in every difficult spot, which i found very impressive. On a quick note, i notice on your HUD, you have stacksize of every player, cant find it on HEM 2, which one do you use? Hope to see more live videos in the future also! :)

Thanks Swirel. In PT4 this stat is called "Live Amt BB" and displays the players current BBs. I believe it is used for Tournament HUDs as it is a bit more relevant, but it still helps me when multi tabling different stakes.

I'm not sure exactly what it is called in HEM 2 but I found this link for HEM1 that has it listed in stat definitions under the "Misc" section as "Big Blinds" http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/95/Stat+Definitions.

Great vid man, very informantive - was curious about the AJhh hand at 17mins where your cold 4B by Hope_Flooky and you end up folding saying its a great hand to 5B ship with but your don't know enough about his game, can you offer an explanation on what you would like to see - as i understand the cold 4B stat takes a very long time to become accurate (standard deviation is 5% up to a sample of 1000) so are you using the 4B% as a guide? also i notice a bunch of regs who have a pretty agro button vs blinds 4B games but rarely use the BB cold 4B as a bluff, so using the 4B stat could end up being misleading in that situation. Are you just making an assumption based on how active someone is preflop overall?

Yep, you basically answered your own question by the end. I've never used a specific cold 4bet stat to judge their frequency. Like you said I purely make my judgement based on their overall pre flop activity and how they view my preflop activity (since I 3b the SB a lot, I must be aware of how they will react). Generally I'm going to be more interested in 5b jamming AJhh when their 3b and 4b %s are at like 10 and above (of course this isn't set in stone but a rough guideline).

I also am just always watching for times where they cold 4b to get a feel for their range. For instance if I open button for min at Zoom, SB 3bets, and BB cold 4bets - I will never use the fast fold button in that spot, rather the fold and watch button to see if BB 4b/folds or calls a jam (and what hand) as this information is extremely valuable.

Also to your point about regs who 4b way more in position, it definitely happens, but I think it's a pretty safe assumption at midstakes that guys who love to 4b bluff IP, will also be helping themselves to quite a few cold 4b bluffs in the most appealing of spots (like this one). Of course if you have played enough with them and are sure they don't have much of a cold 4 range then it's a good fold with AJhh.

Also not sure if you heard, but later in the video I basically said that after playing with Hope for an hour ish and seeing his general preflop and 4b frequencies, I wished I could go back and jam the AJs. Unfortunately it wasn't info I had at the time, so we'll never know :(  .

great video parker, huge fan of the live video. im wondering in the hand where you held 69 and the board ran out a straight do you think there is positive value in betting a smaller amount on that river to make it look like a blocker bet and try and induce him to bluff raise?

Cool. For that spot I would say, the worse the reg, the better it is to check. Think I was wrong about Hope though as he didn't take it.
