Congrats, video series really going well. The only thing i wonder why you dont use HH mailer. It seems you dont have much opponent hand history. It would be great if i see you making decisions depends on big sample sizes like 50k+. And also i would like to learn more about your hud. Do you mind representing your hud in the next video ?

Thanks.

I'm not sure how I feel about HH mailer, so I doubt that will happen any time soon. Also making decisions with just the information available to you is a very important skill in poker.

My HUD is line by line:

Name /Hands/BBs at Current Table

VPIP/PFR/CO Open/B Open/FTS

3B Overall/F3B Overall/F3b Button/F3b Co

4b Overall/F4b Overall/CBet/Cold Call Raise

SB Open/F BB to SB Open/Probe Turn/ Float Turn

Hi,

great video and good explanation again. You are my favourite Pro on the site. I have to admit, since I watch your videos, the way I'm playing has changed a LOT. I'm now on the looser side, which I think is necessary in today's game. Especially in flatting 3bets IP.

41 min: Upper right table. You 3bet QQ from bb vs utg open (his stats are looser) and he folds. To be honest I usually call here, and definitely call with JJ, thinking I'm behind his 4bet/get it in range. It might be too weak, but I flat with AK in that situation, and shame on me, but against a tighter player with KK as well. I know, the answer is "it depends" but against a multitabling regular, even on the agressiver side, what is your 3bet/get it in range against an utg 100bb deep. My question refers to your play from the blinds, but I would be curious to know what is your standard from other positions as well, if it makes a difference. Only Villain from utg matters, meaning, if a big squeezer seating behind us, of course it makes sense to call, but you can leave that behind.

 Thanks

Thanks for the kind words Jvank, I really appreciate it.

It sounds like you have a pretty good understanding of this situation and as you know 3betting vs UTG depends entirely on the villain and any metagame at play.My standard against most of the regulars that I play against is to 3b QQ+ and AK for value from all positions. I will then also have about 40% of my default 3b range in these spots be bluffs.

If however I think that the UTG is too tight for this value range (low UTG open, low 4bet%) then I will likely adjust by flatting my entire range. I really do not want to split up my value range any further, as it is already extremely tiny as is.
