Hey Owen I thought this was good video. I feel like I have a good handle on this part of my game but its always good to have a refresher. I would highly recommend this video to newer players trying to understand preflop. This is also a good way to understand how to use a GTO output (chart). You need to look at the formation of your table and adjust the range from the starting point of the preflop chart.
