With nearly 100BB's and 3x the next biggest stack at the table, our hero endeavors to use this to his advantage by really opening his range and Owen Shiels discusses the best way to manage situations when you hold a gigantic chip lead.

Great video Owen, amazing content! Thank you!! Re the last hand A6o, think if you put it in PIO there is a ton of checking back on the flop but might be mistaken... guess we hope for BB to hit something on the turn to allow us 2 streets of value.. what do you think ?

Owen Shiels, when we have AcQd we have over 50% equity on this board, so I would normally c-bet the flop for about half of the pot and also barrel this turn for 40% of the pot. My reasoning is that the Hero is OOP, so check calling would make it tough to get any value if the club comes, but building a pot early must have +EV as there's obvious value when the club hits and you want the pot to be big when you hold the nuts, but also a Q or A that can come on the turn and river and give us the best hand, but there's also value in taking the flop down early as we don't have a made hand. I think check calling the flop allows the Villain to bet us off the pot on the turn, so I probably prefer checking behind on the flop IP. What do you think?
