The piece of advice you give in the last 5 minutes while showing both players holecards is great. You talk about the mindset you must have when shot taking and running a play that you think is best and not be afraid of doing that otherwise should not be playing there. Same scenario applies for "if you think calling 3x pot wKs2x in this spot is the best play but you don't make it then you should not be playing"

Great stuff. Thank you Nuno

When you play X-XR200-X.
Any merit to 10% river bet?

Thoughts before checking it on PIO:

I understand what you’re trying to do but I’d assume that we have no hands interested on betting 10% here since Q7 is the bottom of our value range and that hand is worth at least 2/3 of the pot.

Thoughts after checking it on PIO:

Looks like the machine agrees with me

When thinking about using a certain bet size, always think if it makes sense for your value range. If it doesn’t, then that bet size won’t be good theoretically and if you’re playing against a capable opponent, they will be able to pick up on that and never fold against it.

Our bet size choices are ALWAYS driven by our value hands and NEVER by our bluffs. In fact, as weird as it sounds, bluffs in poker only exist in order to be able to not be predictable and therefore be able to win money with our value hands.

Makes me not want to bluff my live games because even when I bluff unlikely to face same player again. Being unpredictable might just be FPS in my pool.

Psek video 28:30 face a 10% river bet. 3BP IP after turn XX. These are weird spots that I see because as psek mentioned GTO wizard started having a 10% bet size. Just a quick example of why it popped in my head but I agree with your logic and PIO sim. I thought about using the 10% size more so when flush completes where I want to block some sets and 2 pair and mix in some strong flushes.

I see what you mean, yeah.

PIO tends to prefer to size up slightly to 25% instead in these spots. 10% is rarely getting used AFAIK.
