Hi Horseofhell

how can we write the custom action script text for 3 way spots?
I tried the text below

flop: bets=0==75%
flop: bets=1==75%
flop: bets>1 == 0%,100%

turn: bets=0==75%
turn: bets=1==75%
turn: bets>1==100%

river: bets=0==75%
river: bets=1==75%
river: bets>1 == 100%

But this means it is a bet and 2 bet. No option to call a bet here with 1 behind
What would you recommend

Hey sorry for the late response. I think I know what went wrong here. For some reason the default setting for new monker in multiway trees is to remove calls from the nodes that you specified. To fix this, simply go into settings here and click on create new https://i.imgur.com/hXKeEaz.png

Then click on the call syntax wizard

For postflop trees change this to always

For preflop do it here

When closing out of the menus don't forget to click Save as and save these new settings and then select them where you clicked on create new in the first screenshot

That should fix it!

Hi! I just subscribed to RIO again for this video. Still, I'm missing a lot. How to script to use only bet sizing X on turn when flop got bet (or checked). How to script to use different bet sizes on turn if flop got check/raised. Also, you didn't cover preflop. How to script a different raise size when someone limped pre?

Hello Horseofhell ! What type of hardware do you recommend for running postflop plo sims with the new version?

Horseofhell 2 years, 9 months ago

I think it highly depends on your budget and how much you want to do. You can get away with just running monker on your home PC if you plan on only running turn and river sims with some flop sims from visions or something. If you plan on doing more than that you probably want to get a VM with like at least 100GB of ram and then as good as a CPU as you want to pay for. Ram allows us to run bigger sims (or more at the same time) and CPU allows us to run sims faster.

Awesome video! I was hoping for a video like this from you and just noticed it was already made! Been using monker for a long time now and did not know at all all these things were possible since I've not been able to find proper tutorials before this

I am trying to find info on the custom rake syntax. Does anyone know where I can find info? I am trying to run sims on live games where they only take $1 if it doesn't goto a flop and take $5 if it goes to a flop. Any help would be appreciated.
