Hello. Hand on 43:30: you don't think that after you checked river he could bet for value probably any Q he had and you chop against this hand huge pot ?
As far as I know he is a guy who likes to delay most of his strong hands to the River, therefore I think Ax and 8x are too many combos compared to Qx so that I think I can t x/c here +EV.
also, hand 88 on 14:50. After he c/r flot and checked turn, why you like this bet ? Looks like he either have air and folding on your bet or had air but got exactly J on turn and you valuebetting yourself in my opinion there
I dont expect to ever c/rF c/rT bluff me here (so I am not scared to ever fold the best hand). I think his range might be something like Jx (KJ bdfd, JTs bdfd,QJs bdfd, J4s,J2s, % of J4o), % of 54o, 54s,43s,32s,22,44 or pure bluffs, (which usually have 6 outs against my hand, as I think he would bet every gutshot and I am blocking some 8x hands). As there is just T9 anymore which is folding I dont think this a really big part of his range as I have to discount it heavily.
As far as I can remember he is very SD bound, so I think I will get called twice by worse. The question now is which part of his range is bigger (weak pairs or Jx).
Now you can ofc discount a lot, but I think it stays more or less the same ratio.
But checking it has further advantages as we can fold some Rivers (like lowcards).
Overall I think against most players I would always check as I dont expect peole to call me down too loose on the J.
Agsint this opponent (Allthough I am pretty sure he would call me down for 2 Bets with worse), I think I misread his range a bit and gave him way less Jx than small pairs and I also overrated the idea of folding out equity. So I think checking is slightly the better play against him
Early on in the video when you had A2 and folded bottom pair on the Q259 turn I feel like that is an extremely exploitable fold even if Villain's turn cbet % is very low. Also a few hands later I probably would've value bet the 76 from the BB on the 106578 river rather than x/f.
Hi, pls include the minute in the future, so that I can easier find the hand :)
A2, he just 3bets 1% overall and because he has just a low cbet Turn , I dont expect him to bet Ak here, so yes it is very exploitive, but against such a strong range , I think I cant call +EV. Especially when his cbet River stat is 100% cbet in 3bet pots. That means that I have to call 2BB. Ofc against every solid player easy call.
76s On this runout I dont have many bluffs, but I do have a lot of better hands and on the same time also Villain does have some better hands. So when I start value betting 76 here, he can fold everyhting which is better than 76 and raise me with straights an flushes and some good bluffs. With a check I allow him to bet those straights and flushes etc and to turn some MH into a bluff. So theoretically I should c/c this hand, but I don t think that many FLH regulars will ever turn a MH into a bluff as they think they do have SD value and so I think c/f here is the highest EV line.
e) I said valuebet an Overpair in the video, I meant bluffbet

KJ (3),JT (3), QJ (3), J4s,J2s (6), J4o (8)....23 combos
22,44 (12), 32s,43s,54s (9), 54o (8)....27 combos

@40:07 you stated the COwAT 3b/bc/c/c on A74ss 8s Qo was bad. Is it possible for you to elaborate on this?
edit: You actually explained it less than 60s later ;)
