Hey, great video. One problem I encountered in my last live series, was finishing my session very late at night, and being too amped up (maybe from a deep run). I found it difficult to wind down and sleep, which is obviously very important. Do you have any advice for this?

Hey! Yes I gave quite a lot of strategies on healthy sleep habits in my previous video - "How to be more professional". I recommend you to check it - the section about sleep is between 4-14 min.

Weed and alcohol...!?!
But seriously, you can go through a cooldown routine. Also get some fresh air and do some light exercising can help.
