Excellent video! The comparison of chip ev with icm covering and icm being covered is incredibly helpful!

33:43 when talking about check raising the single hearts hands, that stuff to me in icm spots is very difficult and for me would increase variance at a point in the tourney when I would want to avoid that. I'm not sure it would be best for me to try that stuff.

Thanks!

indeed this is super tough and overdoing it is most likely more damaging than underdoing it. So definitely correct to be careful with it imo. Soon i will bring a video out where I am doing a field study, mostly focusing on how often or not often others bluff, but as a side note I definitely noticed there that people most likely call down wider than they should on average.
It is only speculation still, I think the sample was too small to draw that conclusion yet. Potentially I will follow up focusing on that aspect.
The thing is, when people call down too wide, our job becomes extremely easy. They only need to call a few too many bluffcatchers and we can immediately drop all the bluffs and only valuebet and expand our valuerange slightly, even if we dont do that we own them.
