At 27:44, it seems to me that button doesn't have an option to raise against a block, which would futher encourage BB to block with a hand like KQ.
Yes, he needs to re-run it using raise option for IP and OOP player on the river.
Here's the updated river solution for oop with IP having the option to raise, looks like its still KQ is a majority blcok but mixes some shove, the combos that shove the most the are KxQs because we block flushes and the Ks is a hand in our opponents call range.
If we block KQ and get shoved on it majority calls but is neutral ev and quite close. If we shove river here is IP's response to a shove.
