I like these live analysis videos a lot. Full(er) table and deeper stack + looser game play.

I was wondering where to watch the stream? I could not find any from their Twitch or Youtube. Anyone got any idea?

You can watch the stream live at twitch.tv/liveatthebike but once the show is over you have to watch it on the liveatthebike website. To watch archived shows it is a pay service.

Haha that was great. "Well we cant know his range unless he tells us... you know what let's just call him.

I was about to ask where the hell is your big fold against Jeremy, but then I saw the ending. Looking forward to part 2!

Hey Zack,
I'm curious if you agree with your phone a friends 3b range with his medium rundowns, given his stack size and blinds?

Zachary Freeman 8 years, 3 months ago

Well, hard to answer because Bryce thought the hand was at 25/50 so if that was the case his 3bet frequency is reasonable. However, it had a straddle so effective stacks were half what he thought and I would 3bet less rundowns but still some.

Hand 1 (18:40) - Flat 6789$ss (hypothetical) vs Bryce 30/60bb 3b

By flatting 6789$ss w/ 40% preflop equity needing 44% hot/cold are you saying that we'll realize over 110% of our hot/cold equity vs a short stack oop?

If so do we overrealizing by flopping a pair+ and open jamming thus getting it in w/ ok equity vs AA and denying overcards equity?

Questions/Comments on the KK hand:
- want do you think about opening shitty KK from HJ/MP against a capable table? I understand that at most live tables 3betting doesnt occur much but even vs callers this plays horribly. Think the actual mistake in this is opening that hand.
- In your analysis you ignore the size of the 3bet. The 3bet is tiny. I cant imagine folding anything here is a very good play. If i see someone folding to this size I start bluffing him with tiny 3bets persistently. Dont you think folding to 3bets this small is very exploitable? And if you really shouldnt call we come back to not opening it in the first place. Vs a larger 3bet I agree this is a clearcut fold though.

@geepoker

1) I think from HJ you can still profitably open the weak KKxx. Id be okay folding the absolute worst ones like KK92r etc.
2) The graphics are wrong. I looked at the footage. The opener made it 200, and the 3b is to 700, a full pot raise. There must have been no straddle that hand.
