Leszek Badurowicz, author of "The Mental Edge," walks you through the proper techniques for session preparation. His last video on the topic came nearly four years ago and he looks to expand on that and add to it with lessons he's learned over the years.

Hi Leszek , glad to see you back !

I also think visualization is a very powerful tool.

What is your personal session preparation ?

Leszek Badurowicz 5 years ago

As a standard it is:
1) Walk
2) Preparing HUD, desktop, water etc.
3) Breathing exercises
4) Mental game notes
5) Listening to champions league song
6) Start
But it can very depending on my emotional state, mood and type of session I play. In general higher stakes means usually more preparation.

Thanks for the comment I am flattered!

Honestly, I feel like I am close to be run out of topcis for mental game videos. I may record 1-2 more videos (e.g. didnt record anything on planning) but I feel like I have already presented here the majority of the most valuable topics/knowledge in my "arsenal".

Hi Leszek, very nice video, I’ve really enjoyed, thank you very much for that

Question on your book
I’ve posted here regarding a kindle version
Maybe you can answer me properly, unfortunately, as I said in that thread, convert a PDF into a kindle/epub or any other format is going to be a real pain, so I would be really glad (and I think, many other of us) if a kindle version will be released in the future

Thanks for the comment and glad you enjoyed the video :)

Regarding your question, it seems like Mikey post in attached thread is a reply to your question or am I missing something?

Yep, basically you can't be sure that a PDF can be converted in a proper way to another format.
Images and other formatting could be a pain to handle and converters cannot do much about it.

Here's an example

They are some weak example, but well... you can try it on your PDF and see whether the conversion is ok or not

Hi Leszek
I have been going through a lot of the mental game vids on the site over the past few days.
What's upcoming for/from you -RIO wise -in general, over the next period?

This video is absolutely fantastic and addresses the root cause of where a lot of our tilt problems begin in the first place, which really is the solution to preventing and controlling tilt after all. It stops before it begins, so to speak.
