yea but they're also really fcking good so relax. criticizing more productively, i think what's written on the slide is supposed to be bullet points which you then explain to us further by speaking. so basically, do the exact same thing you've been doing but only elaborate verbally because it will be more efficient make the complainers happy and maybe save you some work on the slides. it's very thorough this way just somewhat redundant and apparently brutal to some ppl.
the video was solid, ignore the retards who think this is a Powerpoint course. The dual commentary and full text makes it easier to watch the video and follow along.
'Timing Tells For Information' - the other possibility not mentioned is that the villain had a specific read on you to make the threshold/non-standard play easier. ie. Villain may already have a information advantage over hero. In either case its definitely worthy to make a note.
i want to add that for observant players, acting quickly in a threshold/non-standard spot may give away the fact you know more about the opponent/situation than you should. i think it was Tri or Dusty that also mentioned not to act too quick as to reveal that you villain was bluffing for example.

I prefer having paragraphs, because then I can fast-forward without losing out on much information.

Yeah, keep it this way please. I find it quite convenient, also for the reason halvadron mentioned.
