Very cool, haven't seen this particular approach before. I've done some rake analysis in the past and reached similar conclusions. Rake should probably influence which sites and stakes people choose to play, but not so much which strategy to choose once they're in a hand. Which kinda makes sense, but it's always good to be reminded of the numbers every once in a while.
These are averages for stakes up to roughly 50PLO or equivalent. At 200PLO PokerStars and Svenska Spel drop off to around 8 bb/100. For other sites I don't have enough data, but the effect is likely to be similar. The bb/100 above are only really useful for comparison between sites. The exact rake rate someone sees will depend on play style.
he never really talked about 3x raise on button vs a 2x raise on button so that we can take the pot down at more frequency. i feel like min raising on button on the site i play at, which is 5.5% rake and has a higher max cap at 5 dollars for 3 6 and 4 dollars for anything lower., is likely costing me money when compared to a 3x.

In respect of micro/low stakes PLO would you be able to post some cliff notes as to which sites are best (or should that be less bad!!)?
Thanks
Ok, very briefly it's something like this:
1. Svenska Spel ~12 bb/100 (Swedish players only)
2. PartyPoker ~15 bb/100
3. PokerStars ~20 bb/100
4. Ongame, Microgaming ~25 bb/100
5. Full Tilt, iPoker ~30 bb/100

I did not understand where did you get the variables RK1, RK2 and RK3.
BTW, very intresting topic.
Good and usefull video, but there were quite a bit of errors in the text that made it kinda confusing at times.
For example you had 50NL, 200NL, 1kNL up the whole time, when it was about PLO.
