1) 9:45 T#4 on this river after flop XXX - Turn SB X- Hero B - BU C - SB C. When you get to this river what hands are you looking to bet for value, XC to bluff catch, and XR? Mostly focusing on what hands you want to bet for value with? I also check this spot too high of a frequency and miss out on a lot of value where my red line goes down too much and blue line up too much. Trying to fix this leak without value owning myself too much. I am debating if I should mostly just be bet + folding to a raise for thin value rather than checking to bluff catch. I think bet + folding is probably better exploitable because a lot of players just check back their AQ AK and KQ hands.

Hey RunItTw1ce ,

This would be the borderline hand for me, I think KJ just becomes a clear bet with these circumstances. I don't expect to see my opponents show up with >KJ very often. When we see 2 calls ott I don't think btn has a very opportune spot to bluff - both SB and BB will end up checking Jx combos otr and it doesn't look like a difficult spot to overbluff river, so I am not putting any hands worth betting into the checking range.

XR is definitely worth considering, since BB should have the least reduced frequency of the nutted region here, but I don't see too many thin value bets from BTN to make it worth bluffing. I think most of our good XR hands just perform better as XC.

Cheers.

2) 18:45 I think is another leak of mine because 98s feels weak against 4bet range, but too pretty to fold. However, as you see how quickly it becomes a problem post flop any time you flop a pair, SD, or FD. Just left playing bingo given lower SPR. Mostly want to stick to PP, suited broadways, and AQ+ region I think. Hands that do well in lower SPR pots.

Anytime you're calling 4bets it's going to be a high variance situation, so it becomes difficult to judge without a good sample. 98s performs horrible against tight ranges, but in the bvb situations it does just well enough to make it in there, provided your opponents are not overly tight
