Any thoughts about differences in level of play of opponents on Bodog vs ACR or other sites? I can't use PokerStars unfortunately, mainly been playing on Bovada and PokerBros

Hey,

I've never played ACR, I only really play on bodog, ggpoker and the apps these days. GG is very good as well, but the degree of uncertainty regarding my funds and future ability to grind is very discouraging on that site.

17 min - Co limps, btn 2bet, sb 3bet, hero bb cold 4bet. Co cold 5 bets (not sure if that is correct term or not). When it gets back to you I think only QQ+ AK calls off here. CO is facing a lot of aggression from all 3 players behind him, so not sure what worse hands shove here besides AK. Then given his snap shove I would weight it to be pretty strong.

In Gary's video he has had a spot where Co opened, btn 3bet, he cold 4 bet sb JJ, and CO jammed where he ended up folding vs that regular. The solver I had showed 83% call in the spot but 17% folds makes it 0EV. I think in your spot given the 5 bet it is going to be pretty heavy -EV as back raises are pretty nutted from full stacks.

Yeah I don't have a strong opinion on this one like I mentioned in the video. I don't like making strong assumptions about players who makes playes like this though, always gotta account for the wild factor. If AK is in there that's basically all we need to call this off I believe.

I think you are right because of the dead money, $743 to win $2114, so only need 35% equity. I just think of this spot as folding to the limper or the button 2-bettor, but calling off vs the 3 bettor.

I put a similar spot into wizard where Co opens 2.5, btn flats, sb 3bets, hero bb 4bets, CO jams.

In this spot BTN is folding 100% as he doesn't have any strong enough hands to cold call with preflop. SB only calling off AA & KK (folding AK!) and your range after btn and sb fold calls off with TT+ AK. So well played after all.

32:30 T#3 AxKh on 7c6h2h board 3bp UTG Vs SB. I think AK (with a heart) is a pure continue even vs the 3/4 cbet sizing. I checked this board vs half pot sizing where AK no heart is 100% continue as well. SB just has so much air in range if SB is playing 3b or fold preflop with a linear range, going to bet a Bet - XF line pretty often. Then if you do turn A or K he will have a tough spot with any QQ-99 region that 3 bet preflop or if he has a bluff like QTc he may keep trying to rep the Ace or King turn. Just don't see the fold being standard in this spot.

Very solid video overall. At first made me want to play regular tables instead of zone, thought it was a nice pace to the tables, then I remembered I was watching on 1.5x speed. Although regular tables are going to still be preferred for a more healthy life style. In the past you mentioned you were playing a lot of zone because you thought it was a higher hourly rate. Do you still find this to be true or just not enough action given the pool usually only has 12-30 players and mostly in the evening times. Are you mixing any of the tables like two tables 500 zone and two 1kNL reg tables (assuming zone is running).

What state do you live in?

Hey, thanks!

AK hand: I agree the fold might be a little too tight, but very close. I think these large sizings in 3bets pots are gonna be generally skewed towards value. We will also struggle to find an opportunity to fold out the overpairs with this spr on the vast majority of runouts which is partially the difference maker for me here.

As far as what I play it honestly depends on time of the day. But generally speaking the zoom is so convenient that if it runs I'm adding it to the grind. And yes, I do 2 zone and two larger reg table games, but it's very difficult to make a video that way for me.

I live in Edmonton, Canada ;)

Cheers
