Krzysztof,
The hand at ~32:00 where the board is QcAd8c turn Td river Ks facing 1/4 pot on flop, check through on turn and check on river with you holding T9hh, you decide to bluff for around 80% pot. Curious if you are betting this size with anything other than the straight for value? Do you ever bet two pair here or is that too thin (using a smaller sizing possibly)? Interested in your thoughts on whether you use one size or multiple sizes on river.
Quite close for our AQ/AT I think, but beside that I think it's a quite clear checkback for our 2p region. The low frequency of AA that we have can go in there for sure.
Small sizing would be an exploit, as you will be scarifying some value betting your straights for anything but large(IP on the river it's very rare you bet small to begin with), but it's an option if you think you will get very loose calls from your opponent, or if you think he simply doesn't defend vs large enough.
1:40 T#3 Hero AJo co 2.2 and SB playing 50bb 3bets 11bb. What does the continue range look like vs these short stacks where the 3bet is about 20% of the effective stack?
I'll prefix this by saying when you see something like this it's likely a weaker opponent, so your vpip hands should be tailored to that opponent.
Couple things at play here, short stack and larger sizing(for that stack). With shorter stacks we start calling less robust equity and more high card type hands, since the game on average now ends on an earlier street; so K6s > 87s. Larger sizing pushes us away from calling and towards a raise/fold game (all in in this case), therefore take the aforementioned range and start folding one end and jamming the other end, with a bit of calling in the middle + AA,KK
I'd draw my threshold here at ATs, AQo for the Aces. Probably something like 77+, most suited broadways, with the pairs, Ax and KQ, KJ doing a ton of jamming. I did not know the player so staying on the cautious side here, could certainly read this as just a misplayed sizing for his stack size and start jamming hands like AJo. I think it must be close to a neutral hand either way.
2:40 T#2 too light of a peel. Bottom of range is pair + GS or 2 overs + GS. We want to be drawing to a 5 card hand. Naked ace high is just folding since river shouldn't go XX very often.
Thanks! Not super familiar with HU anymore, I find that studying fringe games like 5 card PLO or even MTTs is a much better use of time now. Sad what happened to HUNL, I started my career playing 50nl HU for a living and it's still some of the most fun I've had grinding.

1:40 - At full stack with no information on the opponent I play this as 4bet/fold. Call is very close and not an EV loss I believe. Your strategy looks good.
3:20 - At a low frequency I think that's fine, we have a very wide range getting to the river here, combined with high SPR usually means a wide variety of bluffs included at a low frequency - so I don't have anything against raising. Did not cross my mind though I'll admit.
18:35 - A little bit too much showdown value to turn this into a bluff. Keep in mind we range bet flop, so we get here with a wide variety of potential bluffing hands. I think you're overvaluing the blockers a little bit as well, keep in mind a lot of the suited Jx region goes away preflop, and/or bets the turn.
31:50 - Don't like my sizing here, my thoughts were to target the 2p region and with the overbet I expected an overfold, but seems like a rushed decision looking back at it. I would have liked to split my range there into overbet and b50 or b66. This b80 seems neither here nor there.

Great video.
1:40 table 3 ajo if you were full stacked do you mix call and 4 bet?
Usually when I am ep with ajo i mix 4bet and fold and when lp i mix call and 4bet as I will face wider 3bet ranges. Is that a good way to look at it?
3:20 table 2 aq with him repping lower value hands how do you feel about a river raise?
18:35 table 3 jj would you ever consider a jam with the straight am2d flush blockers?
31:50 table 1 t9, are you using multiple sizings on this river? With a J i imagine you would want overbet and some 2 pair maybe a bit smaller.
Thanks!
Thanks !
