31:05 T3, Did i understood correctly that just calling this hand vs a 3bet small fraction of a time not always?
Just thinking that i would personally would fold it pre unless pre-raiser is bad in someway that justifies my calling, also would never call a 3b. Am i wrong thinking that its -ev (for me if we would be 250bb+ or bit less then seems like an ok call, probably)?
36:40 T3, Calling only because button is marked green as i imagine it means a weaker player? What if pfr makes it 3x and the same btn calls, still think that calling is the best option?
I think you are good with thinking that in general this play is very close EV, i think i actually did mention it on the video. Just trying to exploit a bit because a combination of reasons (mainly stacks deep and players involved).
Yes. It would be even more close if its 3x, it will depend on how loose both ranges actually are.
1.30 I have no idea whats going on in the T9o top right, we are not betting turn on T 4 2 7 and we also not bet river? Dont u think u are losing heaps of value. Easy bet on the turn imo he should rarely check back a better ten otf and also even if he does we still are way ahead of his range and got bluffs
43:40 where u double barrel A7o, is this std or how do u construct your betting range here otf+ott.. What hands do you consider obvious checks otf and same ott?
He did min bet on the flop.. i guess i could valuebet the river sometimes, yes.
Anything with middle value can do lot of checking at some point of the hand, but as long OOP does not raise, nothing really bad can happen because you value-betting a bit loose.
hey, at 17:30 table 2 you start betting J9 on the flop, where i don't think PFR is checking weak range, why do u like betting hands like J9s? Do u also bet with hands like JTs, QJs, QTs? As played on the turn you turned 9x into a bluff, what is your reasoning, is it better to bluff thann flush draws, since some of them are in opponents XC flop and XF turn range?
Hand - Js 7s - Board (8c 9s 8h) 10s Ac
Defend n BB Pre to UTG raise for 1.5 BB
0.260952381 flop bet size - you lead
0.259773014 turn bet size - you lead
1.450622407 river bet size - you lead
Can you discuss your bet sizing logic with some more detail in this hand?
ON the flop, if he raises you in position, is 4 betting an option?
AS played on the turn, what do you think about overbetting there?
B. 46:17 with JJ on the river, if he goes all in over your river bet, is it an easy fold? Do you expect to get bluffed very often given that you bet small on the flop and river, and checked the turn?
I think the point of leading is that he cannot make that much of raising, so if he raises id probably fold. And overbet the turn looks kind of close, board is paired and QJo is always there.
25:30 with QQ wouldn't it be better to check on the river? I just don't see what he calls with that we are ever beating maybe JJ but I think check allows him to bluff and protect are range better with 99-JJ.

Hola uros19,
I would try to not just bet a specific hand category when bluffing at these stacks deep.
On the turn i think checking has very low ev, and because of the asymmetry of both ranges i can make oop fold lot of better hands by betting again.
Hello Juan - Thanks for the Video!

Its definitely not an easy fold
