When discussing your flop sizing in the JJ 3 way hand, you say 1/4 pot is all you need because they either "have the goods or they whiffed". Unless either has 66 or AK, don't they both always have at minimum a gutter here? It seems this would mean we get continued close to 100% by at least one of them when we take this flop sizing, no? Intuitively small makes sense to me mw, but I am confused as to the hands we are making indifferent, and the profitability of using any hands a bluff here.
Do you have any tips for getting focused consistently before playing, is it possible you could share some of your routine before you play. I found that I don't like to play for about 3 hours or more after i wake up to get in a good routine and be zoned in and get in some cardio and meditation, also some gym time if possible and do some inner work / such as a gratitude practice and visualization. I have a shorter routine I can implement if I need to. Do you ever just go and play without preparing after you wake up, or are any of the best players doing that that you're aware of?
For those of us who would like to stay as focused as possible, knowing the basics not to check my phone and to pay attention as much as I can, how to stay focused during the sessions consistently when you're finding it a challenge to be focused at the tables?

Welcome back Jason!
Very glad to have you here, and really loved this video
Already looking forward for the next one
Looks like the stack sizes are ten times too big in the first sim
Curious what kind of machine would run that sim (1000bb deep?) in 16seconds tho
