This is one of my signature exercises that I do with every client!
What does your tilt profile look like? Do you struggle with self awareness and reacting in time?

Thoughts
- “I got outsmarted, this is humiliating”
- “I can adjust”
- “I shouldn’t lose to these fish”
- “I can grind through this”
- Narrator: “He couldn’t”
Physical signs
- brow knitting - tense feeling
- Hunched forward posture - engaged but not purposeful and dignified
- Queasy feeling in my stomach
- (Emotionally) heavy hearted
- Sneer on face
Behavior
- Acting too fast
- Targeting players who seem weak and over-adjusting/mis-adjusting - Increasing aggression, Stationing, Thinking “the opposite” about bet sizes and not giving credit to big bets
- Playing an extra table or two
- (Hard to explain) I lose composure and this leads to inability to filter context
