What does your exercise routine look like?
Do you even have one?
What are you going to improve?

So right now, or like for the past 10 years lmao 4 day split
Chest and triceps
Legs
Back and biceps
Shoulders and abs

It’s worked for me, when I was in college, I got lean and muscular, very fit.

Since then I’m still big but I need to lose some weight. So my main goals are to do more cardio, so to start try to get in 30 minutes of cardio every single day, walking running, bike stairs. Anything to get the heart rate up

I’ve always gone hard at the gym. Weight lifting wise. In the beginning, likely my motivations were vastly different then to where I became a gym bro.

I honestly didn’t care how much I lifted as long as I looked good, have good results and pushed myself.

Likely insecurities like, being afraid of speaking to girls or wanting to get bigger were some of my motivations when I started in highschool.

Even after highschool I quickly began to realize. Wow look at what you can achieve with some consistently and dedication to working out.

The gym didn’t become a hobby, it’s a lifestyle, including with eating healthy. It’s not something I should do everyday … it’s something I HAVE to do, if I don’t go, I’m irritated annoyed and pissed of, like fuck man I didn’t get to workout today. It just makes you feel better, relieves stress, and improve sleep. The benefits of working out are unquestionable.

I think for poker, you have to me physically and mentally fit to be able to play. I’m a cash player, but when I’ve gone to do a long session, or even play a tournament every once in a while for 12 hours. It’s mentally and physically taxing on your mind and body. So I believe it’ll help your quality of life and make you happier. Also better equipped to last long stressful sessions at the tables.

Goal right now is to do more cardio and eat healthier!
