What would you say about:
How many things should one change at the same Time?
And how long do you think it takes to establish a new habit?
that's very subjective. you have to find out for yourself.
ask yourself: what is challenging, but doable? try it and if you fail, ask yourself if it was too many changes at once or if you need to tweak your methods (for example lowering stress so you don't binge eat so frequently or trying just 10 instead of 20min meditation). step by step you will get closer to the optimal challenge.
same goes for establishing a habit. very subjective. in rare cases it will click very quickly (if it's easy to do and the benefits are very obvious). with most of the "big" habits (diet, exercise, etc.) it takes anywhere from a few months to years to fully click.
very important: your life will be way better long before the habits sticks 100%. try not to beat yourself up for not being perfect, but be proud of the small improvements and enjoy their benefits. sticking to you habits 60-80% of the time will already be life-changing compared to doing them 0-20% of the time.
I’d be hesitant to just go ahead and buy any “organic” meat that a company is selling. What I’ would suggest is buying, drug free and grass fed local. Where you know that there isn’t preservatives in the meat. And imo grass fed tastes much better than grain fed imo, it’s less fatty but much more tasteful and natural flavour, especially beef.
Instead of “organic” chicken, buy pasture free range chicken, where the chicken actually lives outside. Isn’t being pumped full of the stuff factory farm chicken is being fed.
yea, thats what i meant. maybe the label "organic" means something different in some places. i meant the european "bio" label, which includes all that.

With regards to Shopping I would add:
- always have a shopping List with you and only buy these things
agreed, good point. at least until it becomes automatic to not buy crap.
Yeah, but it also prevents overshopping (if thats the right Word)
