Really helpful, exciting and amazing. Took pictures of all slides and put them together for myself for further long-term learning and understanding.

Jan Philippi what are positive things (~around 10 Minutes)?
Are these Daily small things like in my case: Sports, drinking Espresso, Meditation?
I have started to pair „hard“ things with a reward (like Espresso). So I need to finish a 45 minutes Session of xyz, then I get the reward.
Also with regards to willpower, I used to do Sports often before lunch. Now I moved it to the end of my work, so that I get the reward then. I want to do Sports, so I don‘t want to waste willpower in the early hours for something I will do regardless. Do you think These are good approaches?

yes, both absolutely make sense ! it can be big things too ofc, but the many small everyday positives are even more important.
