Quick question, in the Consistent section, you mentioned that keeping the study session short results in the good sense of achievement consistently. However, sometimes when I stuck at study session (say not understanding the solver output/stuck at one hand for too long etc.), I don't quite have the sense of accomplishment, how would you deal with cases like this?
In those cases it could be good to extend the session a little bit until you solve the problem.
But since thats probably not always possible it will also help to practice acceptance and work on your perfectionism and say "That's fine. I don't have to solve every problem right away."
