25:30 in the bb with 27bb do you have a non all in 3bet rng? tt+ seems good for that rng for prs.
39:20 you talked about not calling turn as much with the qd as it blocks opponents bluffs. It does block his made flushes on the river though if a diamond comes off and allows us to bluff. These spots are a bit confusing when it comes to choosing suits to call with. Having the Ad is best, I wonder about the Kd.

27bb definitely gonna have a non all-in 3B as I still want to induce w something like QQ+ AKs. Lower pairs (TT/JJ) would probably be fine as well but mostly if we expect BTN to 4B SH a lot of weaker pairs.
39:20 hand. I agree that some of these blockers tend to be quite hard to understand sometimes. In this spot, I would value higher Xd more as those would unblock more of the villain's bluffs (e.g. he's more likely to bluff J3dd than KJdd) and value not only comes from the ability to bluff or bluff catch rivers but also from the villain giving up. In addition to that, we (BTN) are more likely to have higher flushes so generally Ad>Kd>Qd etc. should be a better call as we're gonna have an easier bluff with Xd that would "mimic" our value value bets.
