Like the mixed cash format, but tbh, with some of these games, a brief summary of the rules would also be appreciated.

Thank you for the suggestion! Unfortunately i already recorded an another leakfinder with the same style (not explaining the rules/basic). However i will keep that in mind for next time!

Thanks so much for covering these games.

Even with the wsop being the only place to experience some of these games for some of us, having this training is a big help. It can also help with other poker games just being able to use the logic involved, especially in split pot games where there is general strategy that applies to all split games.

I think with the less popular games it helps to run through as many hands as possible as it is so hard to gain experience and training in them. With the more standard 8 game mixed games i still enjoy when you go through a lot of hands but perhaps taking a few of the most interesting hands and doing a separate video with a deep analyses would be good.

Please keep going with the less popular mixed games when you get the chance. But all of your content is great and appreciated.

At 44:40 in baduecy you said we should not keep the Q high badugi. I'm not sure of the math but is it worth it to dump the badugi facing a check from an opponent who is likely still drawing with two draws to go?

If we do draw, we are more likely to miss both the badugi and the draw hand and then lose initiative.

Then aren't we forced to draw again on the end then guess if we should call or not if opponent bets and we have a marginal hand in either direction?

Thanks.

We are in position, so we don't have to guess, we can see how much villain takes before we react. The action went that we open BTN, BB defend, and 3-1, villain check-called, and we have 284-7Q.

If villain takes 1 (which happened in game) then it should be an easy one card draw to 284-7. We have terrible equity if we pat, and also if we take 1 to the badugi (284Q). We are also an underdog against his whole range with 284-7. This hand also shows why is it not good to keep early the 284-7, rather than drew to 284. In this spot villain will have a fair amount of weak badugis, that he only c-calls (9xxx, Txxx), he is almost always going to showdown with those hands. Yes, he mostly has a suited card, like 237-4, or 235-8, or 258-6, but even against those we are not doing greet with a Q/Q with 2 draws to go.

If villain takes 2, i am still taking 1 to 284-7. It just have better equity, better playabality, and we still have fold equity. If villain bricks a hand like 238, in a 2-1 spot, he would fold oop. Yes, we might get a little bit more fold if we pat here, because then he probably c-folds turn with a like 238J, or maybe even 258T (although doubt he c-folds those, most players ares SD bound with weak badugis), but overall i think it's still better to take 1 with 2 draws left

Enjoyed the video! I like this format as well as the different games like badeucey. Look forward to some more of your mix game videos!

Thanks
