Thank you for the wonderful video. I was struggling with studying Doramaha, so it's been very helpful.
I have a question about Doramaha High.
I have QQ555ss in BTN.
HJ open
CO call
Should BTN call or 3BET?
I'm weak in Omaha, so I decided to call thinking that I could only get half, but the SB/BB were tight players who probably couldn't get involved in the first place, so would it have been better to 3BET?
You have a really strong draw hand. I 3bet this everytime. You still have QQ, and Q high suits.
There can be some situations when it's ok to flat to try to get more people in the pot. A very rare example:
UTG opens
We are UTG+1
Players behind us are very loose/bad, and they play too many hands
If i have a hand like 22266 I flat.
But in your example there are only 2 more players behind you, and your hand for omaha is a little bit better with QQ/Q high suits (compre to 66/6 high suits). But the main reason is what you wrote: blinds are tight: If players behind me are tight and play correctly then i will slowplay less.
Also be careful what type of hands you slowplay: for example EP opens, you are EP to with 222: thats not a hand that you want to slowplay: you don't want multiway action, where CO calls with 9TJQ, and SB calls with K742hhhh. Despite you have a shitty hand for omaha, you probably have the best 5card hand, try to isolate with this/these type of hands
