Thank you so much for making this video! I've been looking at getting PioSOLVER for a while but been reluctant to use something I don't understand. After this intro I feel much more confident that Pio will be a useful/fun/interesting tool to improve my game (despite not fully understanding the technical side/algorithm).

Gonna start playing around with it right away, look forward to the upcoming videos in this series :)

Thank you for this video Mr Ben Sulsky, maybe we can cover as well in this series the bet sizing lines in different spots that is a very interesting subject related to GTO and we can actually solve it i think with this software. Thanks again and have a great week

Nice idea! I was really wanting to know about how reliable this software is, and how it can be applied. And I like the way you simplified and prepared slides, so it's pretty easy to understand so far. Look forward to the next part of the series.

GTO assumes your opponent is constantly adjusting. Each 'iteration' is an adjustment on their behalf as well as your own. How do we know what part of the "climb" on the mountain to stop? I.E....GTO should rarely be the answer to our play in each hand, correct? Because (except for maybe the top players in the world) no one plays GTO...

GTO assumes your opponent is constantly adjusting.

No. GTO is just a certain strategy pair. Each part assumes that the other part plays GTO.

Each 'iteration' is an adjustment on their behalf as well as your own.

If you have some algorithm that converges to GTO, this interpretation might be correct.

How do we know what part of the "climb" on the mountain to stop? I.E....GTO should rarely be the answer to our play in each hand, correct? Because (except for maybe the top players in the world) no one plays GTO...

If someone does not play GTO, then by definition there exists a counter strategy, that is not GTO, that exploits it. So, yes.

I was under the impression that...

GTO IS DEAD

Dead meaning it has passed on. GTO is no more. It has ceased to be. GTO has expired and gone to meet its maker. GTO is a stiff. Bereft of life, it rests in peace! If you hadn't kept bringing it up in conversation it'd be pushing up the daisies! Its metabolic processes are now history. It's off the twig. It's kicked the bucket, it's shuffled off its mortal coil, run down the curtain and joined the bleeding choir invisible!! GTO IS AN EX-STRATEGY!!!

If GTO is dead, then how can it be optimal to take the risks this person is taking, defying death:
